Fort Madison man charged with possession of cocaine

FORT MADISON - The Lee County Narcotics Task Force reports the arrest of a Fort Madison man on misdemeanor drug charges.
Isaac Isaiah Seay, age 43, of Fort Madison is charged with: Possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), a serious misdemeanor; and Possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.
These criminal charges stem from an investigation and a search warrant that was executed at Seay’s residence by the Lee County Narcotics Task Force and the Fort Madison Police Department. Investigators did find a substance determined to be cocaine and drug paraphernalia at the conclusion of the search. Investigators with the Lee County Narcotics Task
