Lee County Narcotics Task Force makes another arrest

LEE COUNTY - The Lee County Narcotics Task Force reports the arrest of a Keokuk woman on felony drug charges.
Ashley Ann Caulkins, age 39, of Keokuk, is charged with: Delivery of less than 5 grams of methamphetamine, a class C felony.
Ashley Caulkins was arrested by the Keokuk Police Department on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Lee County Narcotics Task Force for delivery of less than 5 grams of methamphetamine.  The arrest warrant stemmed from an investigation into the trafficking of methamphetamine in the Keokuk area.
The Lee County Narcotics Task Force were assisted by the Keokuk Police Department.
The defendant in this case is presumed innocent until proven guilty.  The Lee County Narcotics Task Force is funded in part by the U.S. Department of Justice and the funds administered by the Iowa Governor’s Office of Drug Control Policy.
