Jacob Micheal Gesualdo, 39, of Fort Madison, IA, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, October 25, 2025. Jake was born on March 9, 1986 to Scott Gesualdo and Lori Doty. Over the years, Jake was dedicated to many jobs including Bagcraft, ConAgra, and Scott’s company. Jake enjoyed collecting hot wheels and loved listening to music and attending shows. Jake leaves behind a daughter Addysen and two sisters. Jake will be remembered for his kind heart and dedication as a father. Jake will live through the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
