Krystal Hope Lopez, 35, of Burlington, IA, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at her home. She was born on December 3, 1988 in Indio, CA to David Lopez & Anna Rice Myers. She was a stay at home mom and loved spending time with her children and family. She enjoyed swimming, hiking and being outdoors. She was very competitive.
Krystal is survived by: 2-daughters: Keelee Edgington & Avaleen Weldon both of Fort Madison, IA; 1-son: DeMario Severado of Burlington, IA; her mother: Anna Myers of Fort Madison, IA; her father: David Lopez of Laramie, WY; 3-brothers: Tony (Leslie) Montoya of Laramie, WY, Johnathon Lopez of Fort Madison, IA & Matthew Lopez of Fort Madison, IA; 2-sisters: Jennifer Lopez & Kala Lopez both of Fort Madison, IA; maternal grandparents: Chuck & Ruby Steele of Morning Sun, IA and several nieces & nephews, whom she adored. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents.
