Linda Lou Wessel, 83, of Donnellson, IA, passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2025 at 6:03 PM at the Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center in West Burlington.
She was born on July 23, 1942 in Ft. Madison to Harold and Daisey Price Bailey. On March 15, 1963 she married Leslie Wessel in Hannibal. Linda was the Director of Nurses at the Ft. Madison Health Center for many years. Linda enjoyed antiques and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband Leslie “Les” Wessel of Donnellson; one son, John Wessel of Donnellson; grandsons, Nolan Wessel, Noah Wright and Nick Bender; one sister, Doris (Larry) Haustein of Ft. Madison. She was preceded in death by her parents.
