Sandra T. Ruble Privia, 63, of Fort Madison, IA, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2026 at 12:47 PM at her home.
She was born on January 29, 1963 in San Diego. On May 23, 1987 Sandy married Robert Privia in Ft. Madison. She worked several jobs locally over the years. Sandy loved animals, doing word searches, puzzles and watching true crime shows. She enjoyed Christmas lights; every year her and Rob would go on drives, even traveling out of town to look at them. Sandy was a very kind and caring person with a big heart and would put everyone else first; putting her needs on the back burner. Most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Rob Privia of Ft. Madison; three sons, Ryan (Carlee) Privia of Ft. Madison, Joshua Hartman of Davenport and Nicky Privia of Ft. Madison; one daughter, Jenica Hartman of Middletown; nine grandchildren, Delilah and Rocky Privia, Joe, Cliff, Alexis, Fayth, L.J., Emilio and Izabelle and her beloved dog, Chewy.
The family will meet with friends on Thursday, June 11, 2026 from 4-6 PM at King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory.
