Jenifer J. Willdrick, 61, of Fort Madison, IA, passed away at 8:48 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at Birkwood Village in Fort Madison. She was born on March 15, 1964 in Fort Madison, IA to Melvin & Dixie Smutzer Hayes. She married Chance W. Willdrick on October 23, 1992 in Fort Madison, IA. He preceded her in death on March 19, 2021. She was a dietary supervisor at the West Point Care Center and later a homemaker. She loved being around & helping all people wherever she was. She was a beacon of light for God.
Jenifer is survived by: 1-sister: Dawn Hayes of Fort Madison, IA; 3-nieces & nephews: Serena Schnider of Fort Madison, IA, Brigitte Carter of Fort Madison, IA & Joshua (Jessica) Kenel of Ringgold, GA. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Monday, June 9, 2025 at King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory. The funeral service will immediately follow at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be held at Oakland Cemetery. A memorial has been established in Jenifer’s name.
