Michael V. Anderson, Sr. 68, of Ft. Madison passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 8:30 AM at his home.
He was born on July 24, 1956 in Keokuk to Robert and Bonnie Wright Anderson. On June 21, 1980 he married Alberta Nelson in Ft. Madison and she passed away on January 1, 2017. Michael worked production at factories and was mostly at Scotts Co. He enjoyed painting, poetry and writing.
Survivors include one son, Michael Anderson Jr. of Ft. Madison and one daughter, Michelle Anderson; three grandchildren, Paige Anderson, Aunastasiea Bell and Michael Anderson III and one great grandchild, Tobias Anderson. Michael was preceded in death by his parents; wife and two brothers, Bob and Joe.
