Thomas Richard Glasgow, 100, of Ft. Madison, IA, passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at 4:15 PM at Birkwood Village in Ft. Madison.
He was born on October 9, 1924 in Keokuk to Robert and Josephine Cochenour Glasgow. On August 9, 1958 Tom married Carol M. Dickson in Keokuk and she passed away on December 21, 2015. He was the purchasing manager at Sheller Globe and retired after numerous years of service. Tom proudly served his country in the US Army during WWII and the Korean Conflict. He was a graduate of Parsons college and the University of Iowa. Tom was an avid Iowa Hawkeye football fan and loved playing golf.
Survivors include nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, including Linda Roberts, Mike Glasgow, Debbie Brown, Janelle Riche, Robert Glasgow, Denise Kaup, Denny Dickson and Victoria Williams. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; two sisters, Vera Van Zante and Carol Richards and two brothers, Ralph Glasgow and Clifford Glasgow.
