Korschgen Kiddie parade committee to meet Feb. 4

FORT MADISON - The annual meeting to kick-off the 112th annual Charlie Korschgen Fourth of July Kiddie Parade will be held at 4 pm, Feb. 4 at the Moose Lodge at 624 Avenue G in Fort Madison.
Andy Andrews, who has helped organize this annual event for more than 50 years calls this early meeting to elect officers and plead for more help in running the parade to keep it safe for all the patriotic entries.
At this meeting the group will discuss future improvements to the annual event. Any area resident willing to assist and unable to attend the meeting should contact the chairman at 319-371-5379.
