We have a summer of fishy fun planned for our area youth! Every month starting in May, Lee County Conservation will host a fishing event in one of our parks!
Our second event is a Youth Fishing Clinic at Pollmiller Park sponsored by Izaak Walton League – Green Bay Chapter and Three Rivers Conservation Foundation on Sunday June 4th from 9-11:30am. Your kiddos will get to learn how to fish from the pros and play fun games! Please bring your own fishing gear and bait. At 11am Izaak Walton will be providing lunch of hot dogs, chips and a drink as well as handing out prizes. This event is for youth under 16. This event falls on Free Fishing Weekend so Iowa residents, regardless of age, may fish without a license.
