FORT MADISON – State Representatives Blaine Watkins and Matthew Rinker, alongside Senator Jeff Reichman, will host a Legislative Preview for Lee County residents. The event will provide an opportunity for the public to hear about upcoming legislative priorities and offer direct feedback to their elected officials.
The event is scheduled for Thursday, December 18th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. It will be held at the Newberry Center, located at 728 Avenue G in Fort Madison.
Representatives Watkins and Rinker, and Senator Reichman will present a list of their key priorities for the upcoming session in both the Iowa House and Senate. The legislators have emphasized the importance of constituent input and look forward to a productive discussion with members of the community.
This event is free and open to the public. All residents of Lee County are encouraged to attend and participate in the dialogue.
