Donna Lee Peitz, 65, of Adrian, Illinois, passed away Sunday, April 20, 2025 at her home.
Donna was born July 27, 1959 in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, the daughter of Delmer and Frances (Pilkington) Peitz.
Donna graduated from the former Aquinas High School in Fort Madison, Iowa. She worked at Sheaffer Pen, Fort Madison, until their closing in 2008. She enjoyed animals, especially her dogs.
Survivors include two sisters: Linda Wilson of Nauvoo, Illinois and Kim Janusch of Argyle, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
