Billie Jo Russell, 61, of Ft. Madison, IA, passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 6:20 AM at her home.
She was born on April 26, 1964 in Ft. Madison to Bobbie and Barbara Hoenig Russell. Billie Jo worked for Rashid and Nelson Pharmacy for twenty years. She was a member of the Eagles Club and enjoyed playing candy crush and coloring on her tablet.
Survivors include one sister, Kelly Russell and one nephew, Tyler Russell, both of Ft. Madison; cousins, aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Jeff.
