Scottie Kay Bradford, 82, of Keokuk, IA died Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at her home.

She was born April on 5, 1940 in Quincy, IL the daughter of Clarence and Mildred Naderhoff Seeland.   Scottie graduated from Quincy Senior High School.

On December 17, 1960, Scottie was united in marriage to Joseph “John” Bradford in Quincy, IL.  He preceded her in death on December 8, 2002.

Scottie worked with her husband at Irwin Phillips until 1985 and later owned and operated Scotties Gift Shop for several years.

She was a former member of the Eastern Star.

Scottie enjoyed word-find puzzles, decorating her home and arranging flowers.  She was a people person and enjoyed hanging out in The Cellar restaurant and chatting with her friends.

She is survived by two sons, Brad Bradford of Hamilton, IL and Todd Bradford of Keokuk, one grandson, Michael Bradford of Warsaw, IL and one great-granddaughter, Hayden Bradford.  She is also survived by two sisters, Ernestine Koury (David) and Sharon Theurer and her precious Baby Cat.

Besides her husband, she was also preceded in death by four siblings, Terry Seeland, Clarence Seeland, Jr., Pat Moore and Marcus Seeland.

Services will be held at a later date.

The Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk is in charge of arrangements.
