Vincent named to All-State cheer squad

FORT MADISON - Fort Madison High School’s JoJo Vincent kicked off the week of spring break by performing with the 2024 Iowa All-State Cheerleading Squad!  Thirty highly skilled athletes from across the state of Iowa were selected during tryouts held for the squad this past October. 
The newly assembled team met in Huxley, IA for a mere four practices in order to learn and perfect a routine jam packed with elite stunting, tumbling, cheering, and dancing.  The squad performed its 3 1/2 minute routine at Wells Fargo Arena during the half times of two boys’ championship basketball games on Friday, March 8th. 
Congratulations to JoJo, the seventh FMHS Bloodhound Cheerleader to have claimed a coveted position on the Iowa All-State Cheerleading Squad!
