Harvey Produces Heavy Rain
The remains of Harvey will spread very heavy rain over parts of western Tennessee, Kentucky, and perhaps small section of southern Indiana and Ohio over the next several days.
Not Much Elsewhere – 46-Day Rainfall Anomaly
However, for the majority of the primary corn belt it is looking very dry heading into September. Take a look at these rainfall anomalies for the next 46 days. Areas in brown indicate below-normal rainfall. There is a strong dry signal over the core of the U.S. corn belt.
