HTC Blue & Silver event plans underway

FORT MADISON – Plans for the fourth annual Blue & Silver Celebration is under way and sponsors are needed to help pull off another successful fundraiser for the Holy Trinity Catholic teachers’ fund.

Last year’s event raised more than $61,000, which set a record that enabled the  committee to offer Christmas bonuses to the teachers of the school system.

All proceeds from the March 17 event at McAleer Hall, which will include a raffle, will go directly to the teachers in the form of bonuses at the end of 2018.

Those wishing to sponsor or donate to the event can do so in several ways. Tables are available for sponsorship, auction items are available, or donations can be made directly to the fund.

A social hour begins at 6 p.m. with dinner being served at 7 p.m. Tickets are available for $50 each or tables can be purchased for $500. Tables seat eight and entitle buyers to personalized service along with wine for all guests at the table.

There will also be a live auction, entertainment, and the HTC system’s Teacher of the Year Award will be presented.

Sponsorships are available at the following levels:
Diamond – $5,000 and above
Platinum – $2,500 to $4,999
Gold – $1,000 to $2,499
Silver – $500 to $999
Bronze – Less than $500
