Planting at the Food Pantry’s garden has begun! Scott’s Fertilizer prepared the garden plots, and four area master gardeners designed them so as to cover a variety of vegetables and herbs, which will be available this summer to Food Pantry clients. RSVP and Pantry volunteers will maintain the garden. The plots are located behind the Hy-Vee grocery. If you or your organization would like to make a difference and help with the garden, call 319-372-8043.
