10/04/18 – 11:10 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 3100 block of Avenue H.

10/04/18 – 11:12 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1600 block of Avenue F.

10/04/18 – 11:14 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft on Richards Drive.

10/04/18 – 12:02 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft on Oak Drive.

10/04/18 – 12:25 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident at 20th Street and Avenue I.

10/04/18 – 12:39 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2000 block of Avenue B.

10/04/18 – 1:12 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1500 block of Avenue M.

10/05/18 – 6:44 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1400 block of Avenue C.

10/05/18 – 7:04 a.m – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1700 block of Avenue G.

10/05/18 – 8:25 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 3300 block of Avenue L.

10/05/18 – 8:34 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a vandalism in the 2700 block of Avenue O.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report

10/04/18 – 12:59 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Wayne Andrew Hayes, 36, of Burlington, in the 200 block N. 4th Street on a warrant for contempt of court. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

10/04/18 – 3:25 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jordin Rod Dale, 25, of Montrose, was arrested in the 2700 block of Coral Ridge Ave., in Coralville on a court ordered hold. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

10/04/18 – 8:03 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident on Hwy 61, near milemarker 32. A vehicle driven by Starr Lin Vega, 19, was traveling northbound when another vehicle struck it changing lanes and continued northbound without stopping. No injuries or citations were reported at the scene.
