DONNELLSON – Iowa State University Extension and Outreach and the Natural Resources Conservation Service will be hosting a Bioreactor Field Day on Thursday, December 5 from 10:00 am to noon. Event will be at Bill Dahm’s field just north of Donnellson, IA on 180th Street. This event is for anyone who is interested in seeing a live construction demonstration.
Attendees will have the opportunity to view and learn about the bioreactor being installed. Kristina TeBockhorst, ISU Extension and Outreach Ag Engineer, and James Martin, IDALS Southeast Iowa Regional Coordinator, will discuss what a bioreactor is and how it works.
