Republican caucus locations set for Monday

LEE COUNTY – The Lee County Republican Party will hold precinct caucuses at 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 7. Doors at all locations will be open by 6:00 p.m. The Lee County Republicans will meet in three locations based on precinct. The locations are as follows:
• All Keokuk Precincts, Jackson and Montrose Township will caucus at the Keokuk High School, 2285 Middle Road, Keokuk.
•All Fort Madison Precincts, Denmark, Pleasant Ridge, Green Bay, Jefferson, and Washington will caucus at the MPR at Fort Madison High School, 2001 Avenue B, Fort Madison.
• Charleston, Van Buren, Des Moines, Franklin, Cedar, Marion, Harrison, and West Point Townships will caucus at the Pilot Grove Community Room, 506 North Main Street, Donnellson.
If you need assistance finding your precinct, please contact either the Lee County Auditor at 319-372-3705 option 4 or the Lee County Republican Party at 319-526-1110.
The purpose of this year’s caucus is to:
• Elect two Republican Representatives per precinct to serve on the Lee County Republican Central Committee.
• Elect delegates and alternates to the Lee County Republican Convention to be held on Saturday March 12th, 2022, at 10:00 a.m.
