DONNELLSON - The Central Lee School District will be holding a special election on March 3 with the district's Revenue Purpose Statement at issue.
District voters need to approve the RPS within the next four years for the district to continue to be able to use state Secure and Advanced Vision for Education funds for infrastructure and technology improvements.
Superintendent Dr. Andy Crozier discussed the issue with the district Board of Directors at last Tuesday's board meeting. He told the board without an approval of the RPS before 2030, the district would have to use general funds to pay for any infrastructure improvements.
