02/08/23 – 2:47 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 1700 block of Avenue H.
02/08/23 – 7:10 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Kenneth Kyle Pierce, 38, of Fort Madison, at the intersection of 35th Street and Avenue L, on a warrant for failure to appear - driving while license suspended, and 2 charges of possession of a controlled substance - 1,2,3rd. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
02/08/23 – 10:14 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1500 block of Avenue G.
02/09/23 – 8:59 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Sherris Michelle Marino, 41, of Fort Madison, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear - bench trial original charge compulsory education violation. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
02/09/23 – 12:18 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 1400 block of 38th Street.
02/09/23 – 1:00 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Kimberly A. Sandeffer-Boorman, 37, of Fort Madison, in the 1500 block of Avenue G, on a warrant for violation of a court order voluntary absence from custody, and charges of driving while barred and possession of a controlled substance - 1,2,3rd. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
02/10/23 – 5:03 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a personal injury accident at the intersection of 22nd Street and Avenue A.
02/10/23 – 8:26 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 1200 block of Avenue E.

Lee County Sheriff Report
02/08/23 – 9:14 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Mitchell J. McCall, 66, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office, on a judgment hold warrant and a warrant for voluntary absence from custody. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
02/09/23 – 8:16 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Kara Sue Nelson, 27, of Fort Madison, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on warrants for failure to appear/contempt of court, voluntary absence from custody, and a judgment hold. She was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on bond.
02/09/23 – 7:09 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Samantha Helen Spangler, 32, of Muscatine, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear/contempt of court. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
02/09/23 – 8:47 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested David Allen Laws, 41, of Kentucky, at the sheriff's office, on a warrant for failure to appear/contempt of court. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
02/09/23 – 11:37 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Sheldon Lee Saltzgaver, 63, of Fort Madison, at the Lee County Jail, on warrants for voluntary absence from custody and a judgment hold. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
02/10/23 – 6:02 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Todd Robert Helmick, 33, of Farmington, in the 2600 block of Hwy. 2, Donnellson, on a warrant for disorderly conduct - fight/violence. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
