2/26/26 - 7:40 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Kyle Max Ray, 37, of Fort Madison in the 3400 block of Avenue N on a charge of harassment. He was held in Lee County Jail. 

Keokuk Police Report
2/26/26 - 8:26 PM - Keokuk police cited Brian Andrew Figge, 75, of Keokuk in the 300 block of Boulevard Road on a charge of having an open container. 
2/27/26 - 1:03 AM - Keokuk police arrested Jason Michael Smith, 51, of Dallas City in the 700 block of Bank Street on a charge of operating while intoxicated. He was held in Lee County Jail. 

Lee County Sheriff's Report
02/28/26 - 6:38 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Johnnette Sue Williams, 48, of Ottumwa, at the N. Lee County Courthouse, on a charge of violation of probation. She was held in Lee County Jail.
02/28/26 - 3:33 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jared Paul Bourque, 31, of  Kirksville, Mo., at the S. Lee County Courthouse, on a charge of violation of probation. She was held in Lee County Jail.
