05/02/23 – 4:31 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 1900 block of Avenue J.
05/02/23 – 7:22 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Allen Lee McMillen, 64, of Fort Madison, at the intersection of 18th Street and Avenue F, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance - 1,2,3rd.
05/02/23 – 11:24 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Andres Adrain Garcia, 25, of Fort Madison, in the 2600 block of Avenue I, on a warrant for failure to appear – driving under suspension. He was transferred to another facility.
05/03/23 – 3:24 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Tyler James Jenkins, 34, no hometown reported, in the 2100 block of Avenue I, on a warrant for harboring a runaway. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
05/03/23 – 4:45 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 4800 block of Avenue O.
05/03/23 – 6:59 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 600 block of Avenue F.
05/03/23 – 10:56 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Samuel Louis Gray, 71, no hometown reported, in the 1100 block of 48th Street, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with official acts, and possession of a controlled substance - 1,2,3rd.
05/04/23 – 8:28 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of property damage accident in the 6000 block of Avenue O.
05/04/23 – 11:26 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 300 block of Avenue F.
05/04/23 – 1:49 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft at the intersection of 24th Street and Avenue G.
05/04/23 – 9:03 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Justin Andrew Whitaker, 31, of Fort Madison, in the 1000 block of Avenue H, on charges of 3rd offense OWI and driving under suspension. He was taken to Lee County Jail.

05/02/23 – Lee County sheriff deputies had no activity to report.
05/03/23 – Lee County sheriff deputies had no activity to report.
05/04/23 – 3:54 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 1800 block of Hwy. 2 E. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Daniel Bernard Sallen, 81, of Farmington, was traveling westbound on Hwy. 2 when it rear-ended a vehicle driven by John Robert Kirchner, 54, of Donnellson, as it was turning into a driveway. No injuries or citations were reported. Both vehicles sustained disabling damages; Sallen's vehicle was towed from the scene.
