04/04/25 – 11:06 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested David Byron Lamb, 78, of Fort Madison, in Riverview Park, on a charge of 1st offense OWI. He was held in Lee County Jail.
04/04/25 – 10:44 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Jason Duane Hart, 46, of Fort Madison, in the 1900 block of Avenue H, on charges of possession of a controlled substance 3rd and driving while barred.
04/05/25 – 1:33 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Joseph Howard Orr, 44, of Fort Madison, at 18th Street and Avenue I, on a warrant for failure to appear – reckless driving. He was held in Lee County Jail.
04/05/25 – 6:01 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2300 block of Avenue H.
04/05/25 – 11:13 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Myrissa Jean Meyer, 32, of Fort Madison, at 28th Street and Avenue L, on a charge of 1st offense OWI. She was held in Lee County Jail.
04/06/25 – 12:00 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Konstantin Nicholas Papasoglou, 24, of Fort Madison, at 12th Street and Avenue E, on charges of possession of controlled substance – marijuana, 1st offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
04/06/25 – 6:33 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1400 block of Avenue B.

04/05/25 – 12:27 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Serena Lynn Wykowski, 32, of Keokuk, in the 1000 block of Orleans Avenue, on a charge of assault w/bodily injury. She was held in Lee County Jail.
04/05/25 – 1:38 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Zachary Tyler Kite, 25, of Keokuk, in the 900 block of Main Street, on a warrant for domestic assault – bodily injury – 1st offense. He was held in Lee County Jail.
04/05/25 – 4:01 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Matthew Thomas Miller, 27, of Keokuk, in the 500 block of Morgan Street, on a warrant for short-barreled rifle or shotgun and 2 warrants for possession of firearm supressor. He was held in Lee County Jail.
04/05/25 – 9:12 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2000 block of Main Street.
04/05/25 – 10:37 a.m. – Keokuk police cited and released Charles Robert Thomas, 64, of Keokuk, in the 10 block of South 14th Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.
04/06/25 – 1:08 a.m. – Keokuk police cited and released Caleb Julian Hayden, 29, of Keokuk, at Johnson Street and Lincoln Avenue, on a charge of driving under suspension.
04/06/25 – 8:36 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of burglary in the 500 block of Orleans Avenue.
04/06/25 - 6:31 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Autum Michel Davis, 35, of Keokuk, in the 100 block of South 10th Street, on 2 warrants for failure to appear/contempt of court, and one charge of being a fugitive from justice. She was held in Lee County Jail.
04/06/25 – 8:12 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Danny Grandin Burgess, Jr., 53, of Keokuk, in the 200 block of South 16th Street, on a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia, and charges of possession of a controlled substance – 3rd, driving under suspension, and possession of a controlled substance – marijuana – 1st. He was held in Lee County Jail.
04/07/25 – 1:15 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Patty Ann Robinson, 66, of Keokuk, in the 3300 block of Main Street, on a warrant hold for another agency. She was held in Lee County Jail.
Lee County Sheriff Report
04/04/25 – 9:05 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff deputies arrested Johnnie La Vail Braggs, 48, of Keokuk, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a judgment entry/mittimus warrant and a charge of public intoxication. He was held in Lee County Jail and later released after weekend service.
04/04/25 – 9:54 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff deputies arrested Kelly Nicole Gose, 25, of Hamilton, at the sheriff's department, on an arrest of affidavit. She was held in Lee County Jail.
04/04/25 – 10:55 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff deputies arrested John Mark Henoch, 39, of Dallas City, at the sheriff's department, on a judgment entry/mittimus warrant. He was held in Lee County Jail.
