Keokuk Police Report
01/30/25 – 3:59 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 2000 block of Main Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Cody Alexander West, 32, of Fort Madison was eastbound on Main Street traveling behind a vehicle driven by Andrea Lynn Kinman, 34, of Luray, Mo. Kinman was stopped at a red light and was struck from behind by West. No injuries were reported and West was cited for failure to stop in assured clear distance.
02/05/25 – 1:07 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1200 block of Concert Street.
02/05/25 – 8:20 p.m. - Keokuk police cited Kenneth Walter Davis, 43, of Keokuk in the 1600 block of Exchange St. on a charge of driving under suspension.
02/06/25 – 12;15 a.m. – Keokuk police cited Chad Matthew Lander, 43, of Keokuk, in the 100 block of Timea Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.
02/06/25 – 8:53 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 700 block of Concert Street.
02/06/25 – 10:03 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Jasen Scott Tripp, 49, of Keokuk in the 900 block of Cleveland Avenue on warrants for failure to appear, domestic abuse, harassment, and violation of parole. He was held in Lee County Jail.
02/06/25 – 6:05 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 300 block of N. Park Drive.
02/06/25 – 9:22 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Nathen Andrew Kenn Benstine, 31, of Keokuk in the 1700 block of Timea Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.
02/07/25 – 6:58 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 3100 block of Main Street.
02/07/25 – 8:37 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Kirk Robert Breakbill, 57, of Keokuk in the 3200 block of Main Street on an active warrant and a charge of driving under suspension. He was held in Lee County Jail.
02/08/25 – 3:12 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Emmanuel Archil Bellegarde, 48, of Keokuk, in the 1200 block of High Street (alley) on charges of OWI and possession of marijuana. He was held in Lee County Jail.
02/08/25 – 2:02 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 300 block of N. Park Drive.
02/08/25 – 4:48 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Trenton Jamar Hawkins, 36, of Keokuk, in the 100 block of N. 15th Street, on warrants for failure to appear. He was held in Lee County Jail.
02/08/25 – 6:10 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Tab Andrew Bottger, 52, of Keokuk, in the 600 block of S. 2nd Streety, on a warrants for domestic assault and failure to appear. He was held in Lee County Jail.

02/08/25 – 10:27 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Laura Lee Rogers, 29, of Keokuk, at Belknap Boulevard and Kilbourne Place on a charge of driving under suspension.
02/09/25 – 3:56 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Thurman Purdiman, Jr., 58 at Boulevard Road and Plank Road on charges of OWI and driving under suspension. He was held in Lee County Jail.
02/09/25 – 2:39 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 2000 block of Main Street.

02/09/25 – 7:51 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 700 block of Bank Street.
02/09/25 – 10:45 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Chad Monroe Winters, 71, of Wayland, Mo., at Hwy. 61 and S. 7th Street on a charge of OWI. He was held in Lee County Jail.

02/05/25 – 2:11 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Dustin Dewayne Turner, 37, of Jonesboro, La., at the sheriff’s office on temporary hold. He was held in Lee County Jail.
02/08/25 – 11:12 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jace Andrew Wade, 23, of Keokuk, at the S. Lee County Courthouse on a warrant for violation of probation. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on bond.
02.08/25 – 1:20 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Anthony Lee Mabary, 41, of Columbia Heights, Minn., at the N. Lee County Courthouse, on a judgment hold. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on a promise to appear.
02/08/25 – 1:53 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Anthony Lee Mabary, 41, of Columbia Heights, Minn., at the Lee County Sheriff’s office on a charge of public intoxication. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on a promise to appear.
02/09/25 – 11:38 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Katherine Ann Davis, 72, of Keokuk, at Jackson Avenue and Johnson Street Rd, on a charge of OWI. She was taken to Lee County Jail and released on a promise to appear.
