05/28/26 - 12:01 AM - Keokuk police arrested Jon Rubin Stewart, 34, of Keokuk in the 500 block of South 5th Street on a warrant for failure to appear and contempt of court. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
05/28/26 - 3:31 AM - Keokuk police arrested Bradley Iran Palmisano, 39, of Keokuk at Main Street and Royal Road on a warrant for failure to appear and contempt of court. He was held in Lee County Jail.
