05/29/25 – 6:37 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Andrew Garnett Davis, 36, of Fort Madison, in the 5000 block of Avenue O, on warrants for 3rd-degree theft, domestic assault and violation of a no contact order. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
05/29/25 – 2:22 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 5400 block of Avenue O.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
05/30/25 – 1:32 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael Lee Hawkins, 72, of Keokuk, at the S. Lee County Courthouse, on charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on his recognizance.
05/30/25 – 4:37 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Cecil Alonzo Austin, 43, of Keokuk, in the 1300 block of Concert Street, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension, no proof of insurance and failure to use a seat belt. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on a promise to appear.
05/31/25 - 10:13 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested LeeRoy Levedia Gray, 48, of Keokuk, in the 1300 block of Main Street, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on a promise to appear.
