03/27/25 – 3:42 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Mathew Rohan Boon, 39, of Fort Madison, in the 6100 block of Reve Court on a charge of 4th-degree criminal mischief.
03/27/25 – 4:22 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1900 block of Avenue N.
03/27/25 – 4:23 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 3400 block of Avenue N.
03/27/25 – 4:48 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft on Oak Drive.
03/29/25 – 2:48 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 300 block of Avenue F.
03/29/25 – 10 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited April Love Coline, 48, of Fort Madison in the 1300 block of Avenue H, on a charge of driving under suspension.
03/29/25 – 1:03 p.m.- Fort Madison police arrested Ethan Shane Howard, 27, of Donnellson, in the 1900 block of Avenue M, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was held in Lee County Jail.
03/30/25 – 8:26 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Pattie Lynn Cruse, 60, of Fort Madison, in the 1700 block of Avenue I, on a warrant for assault. He was held in Lee County Jail.
03/31/25 – 2:35 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Kevin Miles Winn, 19, of Fort Madison, in the 500 block of Avenue G, on warrants for unlawful possession of prescription drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held in Lee County Jail.
Keokuk Police Report
03/27/25 – 11:00 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 200 block of N. Park Drive.
03/28/25 – 3:20 a.m. – Keokuk police cited Lacie Lee Brenenstall, 21, of Keokuk at Main and Park streets on a charge of driving under suspension.

03/28/25 – 10:39 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 14-year-old male in the 2200 block of Middle Road on a charge of minor use of tobacco. He was released to a parent.
03/28/25 – 12:12 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 17-year-old female in the 100 block of N. 8th Street, on a charge of assault. She was released to a parent.
03/29/25 – 4:29 a.m. – Keokuk police cited Diego Ray Alfaro, 27, of Keokuk, in the 1300 block of Main Street, on a charge of possession of marijuana and driving under suspension.
03/29.25 – 4:21 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Corey Michael Howes, 36, of Keokuk, in the 100 block of N. 3rd Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.
03/29/25 – 9:18 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Shanna Renae Burton, 28, of Keokuk, in the 1100 block of Concert Street, on a charge of driving while license denied/revoked.
03/30/25 – 1:41 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a hit and run in the Keokuk area.
03/30/25 – 4:23 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Bryan Wayne Vanskike, 33, of Oquawka, Ill., in the 1500 block of Blondeau Street, on a warrant for violation of probation, and charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and 4th-degree criminal mischief. He was held in Lee Conty Jail.
03/30/25 – 8:19 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident at Main Street and Boulevard Road. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Wayde Lee Youngquist, 62, of Keokuk, was headed northbound and crossing the intersection at Main and Boulevard. At the same time, a vehicle driven by Ty Lee Armstrong, 27, of Keokuk, was yielding to Youngquist while attempting to make a left turn. Youngquist crossed into Armstrong’s lane of traffic striking his vehicle. Youngquist was cited for failure to maintain control. No injuries were reported.

03/27/25 – no activity reported
03/28/25 – 10:51 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Ethan Wayne Patteson, 35, of Fort Madison on J40, on a charge of OWI. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on personal recognizance.
03/29/25 – 8:08 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kimberly Nicole Brackelsberg, 38, of Keokuk, at the sheriff’s office, on a warrant for a judgment hold. She was taken to Lee County Jail and released for time served.
03/29/25 – 11:47 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Tyler Jay Payne, 26, of Burlington at 239th Avenue and 255th Street on a charge of possession of controlled substance. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on his recognizance.
Those listed above should be and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
