04/28/23 – 10:48 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested James Michael Copeland, 39, of Fort Madison, in the 1500 block of Avenue M, on warrants for failure to register as a sex offender, child neglect, and sexual misconduct. He was taken to Lee County Jail.

Lee County Sheriff Report
04/28/23 – 1:58 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Kari Ann Bank, 34, of Keokuk, in the 300 block of Main Street, Keokuk, on a warrant for 2nd degree harassment. She was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on her own recognizance.
04/28/23 – 7:00 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Matthew Wayne Sly, 29, of Fort Madison, at the Lee County Jail, on a judgment hold warrant. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
04/29/23 – 9:21 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested My Hunh Nguyen, 52, of Keokuk, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for violation of probation. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
04/30/23 – 12:34 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies cited Jason Andrew Sprague, 41, of Hamilton, at the sheriff's office, on charges of possession of a controlled substance - 2nd and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a promise to appear.
04/30/23 – 5:44 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Christina Sue Ferrell, 39, of Fort Madison, in the 500 block of Avenue F, on charges of 3rd degree burglary and 1st offense trespassing. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
04/30/23 – 3:47 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Connen Craig Hahnbaum, 34, of Fort Madison, in the 2200 block of Avenue A, Fort Madison, on a charge of violation of a domestic no-contact order. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
