05/15/25 – 5:41 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested John Jerald McKeown, 54, of Fort Madison, in the 2600 block of Avenue L, on charges of driving while licensed revoked and public intoxication. He was held in Lee County Jail.
05/15/25 – 6:32 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism on Richards Drive.
05/16/25 – 4:33 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1600 block of 33rd Street.
05/16/25 - 6:14 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Brian Joseph Kempker, 39, of Fort Madison, in the 3400 block of Avenue N, on warrants for driving under suspension and interference with official acts. He was held in Lee County Jail.
05/16/25  - 8:54 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Brandon Joseph, 45, of Fort Madison, in the 800 block of Avenue G, on warrants for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held in Lee County Jail.
05/16/25 – 10:03 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Eric Eugene Fortune, Jr., of Fort Madison, in the 2800 block of Avenue O, on a warrant for 3rd-degree theft. He was held in Lee County Jail.
05/17/25 – 11:39 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of hit and run on Oak Drive.

05/18/25 – 8:43 p.m.- Fort Madison police arrested Raven Lynn Pack, 19, of Keokuk, in the 4600 block of Avenue J, on a charge of violation of probation. She was held in Lee County Jail.

05/16/25 – 5:37 p.m. – Keokuk police cited David Lee Spring, 42, of Keokuk, in the 400 block of Timea Street on a charge of trespassing.
05/16/25 – 6:45 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Serena Lynn Wykowski, 32, of Keokuk, in the 800 block of Bank Street, on a charge of trespassing. She was held in Lee County Jail.
05/16/25 – 8:19 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1600 block of Johnson Street Road.
05/16/25 – 11:14 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Tammie L. Fortune, 24, of Hamilton, in the 400 block of Main Street on a charge of driving under suspension.
05/17/25 – 9:47 a.m. – Keokuk police cited Shanna Renae Burton, 28, of Keokuk, at Main Street and Park Drive, on a charge of driving while license revoked.

05/18/25 – 3:58 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Julia Ann Smith, 25, of Keokuk in the 1300 block of Main Street on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was held in Lee County Jail.
05/18/25 – 10:53 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Serena Lynn Wykowski, 32, of Keokuk, in the 800 block of Bank Street, on a charge of 4th-degree criminal mischief. She was held in Lee County Jail.
05/18/25 – 12:32 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Joseph Matthew McVeigh, 45, of Keokuk, in the 600 block of S. 8th Street, in a charge of driving while barred.
05/18/25 – 3:43 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1400 block of Palean Street.
05/18/25 – 7:58 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 15-year-old female in the 300 block of N. 8th Street, on charges of interference with official acts and trespassing. She was released to a parent.
05/18/25 – 11:56 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Emmanuel Jose Sanchez, 28, of Keokuk, in the 500 block of N. 11th Street on charges of intimidation with a dangerous weapon – no injury. He was held in Lee County Jail.

05/15/25 – 10:55 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jenna Lynn Whiston, 38, of Kahoka, at the sheriff’s office on a charge of assault with injury on a law enforcement officer. She was held in Lee County Jail.
05/15/25 – 12:20 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael Joe Spring, 28, of Keokuk, at the sheriff’s office on an active warrant. He was held in Lee County Jail.
05/16/25 – 6:27 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Cristyna Louise Rivers, 36, of Keokuk, on South 5th Street, on charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was held in Lee County Jail.
05/18/25 – 9:13 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jace Kanyon Prado, 25, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff’s department, on a charge of 4th degree criminal mischief. She was held in Lee County Jail.
