Fort Madison Police Report
11/21/24 – 12:47 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Abigail Brooke Stegall, 22, of Fort Madison in the 3600 block of Avenue L, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was held in Lee County Jail.
11/21/24 – 1:00 p.m. - Fort Madison police arrested Dustin Michael Damico, 42, of Fort Madison, in the 100 block of Alta Drive, on a charge of interference with official acts and on an active warrant. He was held in Lee County Jail.
11/21/24 – 3:45 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 500 block of 10th Street.
11/22/24 – 9:13 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Stefan Gregory Nicodijevic, 30, of Fort Madison in the 800 block of Avenue G, on a charge of public intoxication. He was held in Lee County Jail.
11/22/24 – 11:13 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Devlin Nathaniel Guzman, 42, at in the 600 block of Avenue G, on active warrants for assault. He was held in Lee County Jail.
11/23/24 – no time listed – Fort Madison Police arrested Jeffery Dean Baldwin, 47, of Fort Madison in the 1600 block of Avenue H. He was held in Lee County Jail.
11/23/24 – 10:40 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1900 block of Avenue F.
11/23/24 – 1:04 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 4800 block of Avenue O.
11/23/24 – 6:31 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of stolen vehicle in the 3200 block of Avenue L.
11/24/24 – 9:46 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 1500 block of Avenue H.
11/24/24 – 9:56 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 800 block of Avenue H.
11/24/24 – 10:25 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 5800 block of Avenue O.
11/24/24 – 4:20 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 200 block of Avenue G.
11/25/24 – 12:40 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Raven Lynn Pack, 19, of Keokuk, in the 1600 block of Avenue L, on a charge of OWI. She was held in Lee County Jail.

Keokuk Police Report
11/21/24 – 6:56 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 300 block of N. Park Drive.
11/21/24 – 7:07 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Brianne Lee Scott, 44, of Keokuk in the 300 block of N. Park Drive, on a charge of 5th degree theft.
11/22/24 – 9:16 a.m. – Keokuk police responde to a report of a hit and run in the 1600 block of Main Street.
11/22/24 – 9:19 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 1600 block of Main Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Christine Lynne Rhoer, 65, of Burlington was eastbound on Main Street in the outer lane. Another vehicle driven by Ryan Wayne Kapsch, 33, of Mediapolis, was also eastbound on Main in the inner lane and tried to change lanes striking Rhoer’s. vehicle. Kapsch was cited for unsafe turning. No injuries were reported.
11/22/24 – 12:37 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 200 block of N. 8th Street.
11/22/24 – 1:26 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 300 block of Des Moines Street.
11/22/24 – 11:09 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 16-year-old female in the 100 block of Mississippi River Road on a charge of OWI. She was released to a guardian
11/22/24 – 9:52 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a one-vehicle accident in the 100 block of Mississippi Drive. According to the reports, a vehicle driven by a 16-year-old female struck the George M. Verity Riverboat Museum causing disabling damage to the vehicle. No injuries were reported. The juvenile was cited for failure to maintain control.
11/23/24 – 4:07 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Franz Quinton Dunsworth, 38, of Keokuk, in the 3300 block of Main Street on charges of OWI, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, driving while license revoked, providing false identification and voluntary absence from custody. He was held in Lee County Jail.
11/23/24 – 1:14 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 3100 block of Plank Road.
11/23/24 – 5:09 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a two-vehicle accident at N. 5th Street and High Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Brook Renee Wrieden, 22, of Keokuk, failed to stop at a stop sign northbound at the intersection and was struck be a vehicle driven westbound by Aarro Lynn Lacole Ray Williams, 16 of Keokuk. No injuries were reported. Wrieden was cited for failure to obey a stop or yield sign. Williams was cited for violation of a graduated drivers’ license condition.
11/24/24 – 11:01 a.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1400 block of Morgan Street.
11/25/24 – 5:59 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Nicholas Taylor Bender, 26, of Keokuk, in the 2300 block of Main Street, on a charge of driving while barred. He was held in Lee County Jail.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
11/21/24 – 9:40 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies cited Doug Alan Daughters, 50, of Montrose, at the sheriff’s department on warrants voluntary absence from custody and a judgment hold.
11/23/24 – 10:57 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Melissa Deanna Hoopp, 54, of Donnellson, in the 2500 block of Hwy. 218, on a charge of OWI. She was taken to Lee County Jail and released on a promise to appear.
11/24/24 – 5:26 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jason Michael Moomey, 47, of West Point, in the 2100 block of 204th Avenue, on a charge of assault with bodily injury. He was held in Lee County Jail.
Those listed above should be and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

11/22/24 – Fort Madison firefighters responded to four medical calls, one CO2 alarm, one lift assist, one hydraulic oil spill, and one smoke detector alarm.
11/23/24 – Fort Madison firefighters responded to two medical calls and one assist.
11/24/24 – Fort Madison firefighters responded to one medical call and one small camp fire.
