10/25/24 – 12:01 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1300 block of Avenue G.
10/25/24 – 1:50 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1100 block of 48th Street.
10/25/24 – 3:48 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1100 block of 48th Street.
10/25/24 – 5:21 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Ginger Elaine Roth, 62, of Fort Madison in the 2700 block of Avenue K, on a charge of driving under suspension.
10/26/24 – 8:48 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Joseph Howard Orr, 43, of Fort Madison, in the 1900 block of Avenue N, on a charge of 2nd-degree arson. He was held in Lee County Jail.
10/27/24 – 3:59 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 2200 block of Avenue L.
10/27/24 – 11:00 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Thomas Wayne Davis, Jr., 24, of Fort Madison in the 500 block of Avenue E, on a charge of domestic abuse assault. He was held in Lee County Jail.

10/25/24 – 12:48 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 200 block of Blondeau Street.
10/25/24 – 8:59 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 14-year-old male in the 2200 block of Middle Road on a charge of minor using tobacco/vaping products. He was released to a parent.
10/25/24 – 9:45 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 3100 block of Main Street.

10/25/24 – 11:40 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Kyle James Burgess, 41, of Keokuk, in the 1400 block of Johnson Street, on a warrant for failure to appear and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held in Lee County Jail.
10/26/24 – 10:04 a.m. – Keokuk police cited Serena Lynn Wykowski, 32, of Keokuk, in the 1500 block of Johnson Street, on charges of disorderly conduct and 4th-degree criminal mischief.
10/26/24 – 1:38 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2700 block of Middle Road.

10/26/24 – 8:45 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Serena Lynn Wykowski, 32, of Keokuk, in the 1500 block of Johnson Street, on a charge of 2nd-degree criminal mischief. She was held in Lee County Jail.
10/26/24 – 11:32 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Jacob Smith, 24, of Keokuk, in the 1100 block of Main Street, on a charge of OWI. He was held in Lee County Jail.
10/27/24 – 9:22 a.m. – Keokuk police cited Sally Renee Dobson, 54, of Keokuk, in the 3100 block of Main Street on a charge of 5th-degree theft.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
10/25/24 – 12:46 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kim Rochelle Conwell, 63, of Burlington, at the Lee County Sheriff’s office, on a warrant for failure to appear. She was taken to Lee County Jail and released on her own recognizance.
10/25/24 – 5:00 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Trenton Michael Blint, 23, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff’s office, on a judgment entry. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released for time served.
10/25/24 – 6:28 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael Eugene Cochran, Jr., 42, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff’s office, on a judgment hold. He was held in Lee County Jail.
10/26/24 – 11:20 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael Vincent Onofrietti, 43, no hometown listed, at the sheriff’s office, on a charge of 5th-degree theft. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on bond.
