11/25/24 – 12:25 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Ronald Edwin Stegall, 63, of Fort Madison in the 1200 block of 25th Street on a warrant for violation of probation. He was held in Lee County Jail.
11/25/24 – 2:21 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 3000 block of Avenue J.
11/26/24 – 12:18 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Michael Jason Westcott, 43, of Fort Madison, on a warrant for 1st-degree harassment and charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held in Lee County Jail.
11/26/24 – 8:21 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 3400 block of Avenue N.
11/26/24 – 11:46 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a vandalism in the 3300 block of Avenue L.

11/25/24 – 9:19 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 2800 block of Lincoln Avenue.
11/25/24 – 5:08 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a burglary in the 400 block of Johnson Street.
11/25/24 – 7:40 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 300 block of N. Park Drive.

11/26/24 – 3:01 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 15-year-old female in the 1300 block of Palean Street, on a charge of curfew violation.
11/26/24 – 9:31 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 16-year-old male in the 2200 block of Middle Road on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released to a parent.
11/26/24 – 9:51 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a burglary in the 500 block of California Avenue.
11/26/24 – 6:58 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Brianne Lee Scott, 44, of Keokuk, in the 300 block of N. Park Drive on a charge of 3rd-degree theft.
11/26/24 – 10:07 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 100 block of N. 12th Street.
11/27/24 – 2:30 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Morgan Elizabeth McCall, 38, of Keokuk, at Belknap Blvd and Main Street, on charges of driving while barred, OWI-3rd offense, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and an having an open container of alcohol. She was held in Lee County Jail.

11/25/24 – 5:23 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Steven Allen Enfield, 48, of Davenport, at the S. Lee County Courthouse on charges of 2nd-degree theft, felony forgery, and violation of probation. He was held in Lee County Jail.
11/26/24 – 12:29 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested John Mitchell Donahue, 48, of Keokuk, at the S. Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for violation of a no-contact order. He was held in Lee County Jail.
