02/18/25 – 11:45 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 700 block of Avenue F.
02/18/25 – 2:15 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1200 block of Avenue H.
02/18/25 – 6:32 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft I nthe 800 block of Avenue G.
02/18/25 – 11 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Michelle Marie Decker, 39, of Fort Madison was arrested on warrants for probation violation and a controlled substance violation.
02/19/25 – 8:19 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a larceny/theft in the Fort Madison area.
02/19/25 – 11:37 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2000 block of Avenue B.
02/19/25 – 3:47 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in 2300 block of Avenue C.
02/19/25 – 5:14 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Derek Denton Provence, Jr., 35, of Fort Madison in the 3200 block of Avenue L, on a charge of disorderly conduct and interference with official acts. He was held in Lee County Jail.
02/19/25 – 5:30 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1100 block of 48th Street.
02/19/25 – 6:43 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Erica Rae Kimble, 43, of Fort Madison, in the 1100 block of 20th Street, on a charge of public intoxication. He was held in Lee County Jail.
02/20/25 – 10:45 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Robert Keith Wheeler, 46, of Fort Madison in the 4700 block of Avenue L, on a charge of driving under suspension.

Keokuk Police Report
02/19/25 – 10:15 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a burglary in the 200 block of Main Street.
02/19/25 – 12:53 – Keokuk police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 600 block of 7th Street.
02/19/25 – 6:41 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident in the 300 block of Main Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Thomas T.B. Wilsey, 58, of Keokuk, was moving across Main Street to N. 3rd Street. A vehicle driven by Larry A. Weber, Jr., 53, of Warsaw was in the inner lane of the 300 block of Main and was struck by Wilsey’s vehicle. No injuries were reported. Wilsey was cited for failure to yield.
02/19/25 – 9:37 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Jacob Glen Russell, 42, of Keokuk, at S. 4th Street and Johnson Street, on charges of possession of marijuana, eluding, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of parole and violation of probation. He was held in Lee County Jail.

02/18/25 – 6:06 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies cited Thomas Kevin Schulz, 65, of Fort Madison, in the public roadway, on a charge of public intoxication.
02/19/25 – 8:20 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Brian Kruse Lichirie, 32, of Farmington, at the N. Lee County Courthouse on a judgment hold and a charge of voluntary absence from custody.
02/19/25 – 3:01 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Stephanie Ileene Thacher, 34, of Keokuk at the S. Lee County Courthouse on an active warrant. She was held in Lee County Jail.
02/20/25 – 9:04 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jaymes Anthony Stark, 37, of Keokuk, at the S. Lee County Courthouse on a warrant for OWI. He was held in Lee County Jail.
02/21/25 – 3:32 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jose Rafeal Draper, 26, of Fort Madison  at the N. Lee County Courthouse on a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held in Lee County Jail.
02/21/25 – 7:53 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Adrian John Egley, 26, of Alexandria, Mo., on a warrant for temporary hold. He was held in Lee County Jail.
