04/02/25 – 11:34 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 3400 block of Avenue N.
04/02/25 – 9:23 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested David Leon Holmes II, 33, of Fort Madison in the 3000 block of Avenue L, on charges of driving while barred. He was held in Lee County Jail.
04/02/25 – 11:19 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Blaike William Umbarger, 30, of Fort Madison, in the 1800 block of Avenue L, on a charge of driving while license revoked. He was held in Lee County Jail.
04/02/25 – 1:49 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested David Wendell Gilbertson, 44, of Fort Madison, at the police station, on a warrant for probation violation. He was held in Lee County Jail.
04/02/25 – 7:58 p.m.- Fort Madison police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1000 block of Avenue F.

Keokuk Police Report
04/02/25 – 3:21 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1400 block of Ash Street.

04/02/25 – 3:40 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of burglary in the 1600 block of Palean Street.
04/02/25 – 5:13 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Phillip Ryan Beavers, 35, no address provided, in the 1000 block of Ridge Street, on a warrant for failure to appear and charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held in Lee County Jail.
04/02/25 – 8:27 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested John Jacob Kline, 41, of Keokuk, in the 1800 block of Palean Street on an active warrant, and charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held in Lee County Jail.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
04/02/25 – 10 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Grady Evan Fountain, 32, of Keokuk, at the sheriff’s office on a charge of violation a no contact order. He was held in Lee County Jail.
04/02/25 – 4:30 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jacob Terrell Davis, 28, of St. Clair, Mo., in the 700 block of Avenue E, on a warrant for probation violation. He was held in Lee County Jail.
04/02/25 – 11:12 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Megan Sue Bannister, 38, of Louisiana, Mo., in the 1500 block of Hwy. 218 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. She was held in Lee County Jail.
04/02/25 - 11:12 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Amber Mikel Perez, 32, of Louisiana, Mo., in the 1500 block of Hwy. 218, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. She was held in Lee County Jail.
