12/11/24 – no time listed – Fort Madison police arrested Adam Ray Sutton, 46, of Fort Madison in the 1100 block of 48th Street, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was held in Lee County Jail.
12/11/24 – no time listed – Fort Madison police arrested Steven Wesley Spoores, Jr., 36, of Montrose, in the 5300 block of Avenue O, on a charge of assaulting a law enforcement officer without injury. He was held in Lee County Jail.

Keokuk Police Report
12/11/24 – 1:11 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 2600 block of Avenue A.
12/11/24 – 11:22 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 2000 block of Main Street.
12/11/24 – 11:35 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Eric Joseph Rahn, 44, of Hamilton, Ill., in the 2000 block of Main Street, on warrants for being a fugitive from justice, and charges of interference with official acts and 5th-degree theft. He was held in Lee County Jail.

12/11/24 – 8:47 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Jaymes Anthony Stark, 37, of Keokuk, in the 800 block of Carroll Street on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension. He was held in Lee County Jail.
12/11/24 – 10:14 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Steven Wesley Spoores, Jr., 36, of Keokuk, in the 100 block of N. 4th Street, on charges of public intoxication, interference with official acts, 2nd-degree criminal mischief and 2nd-degree harassment. He was held in Lee County Jail.

12/11/24 – 3:29 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Ronald James Durand, Jr., 47, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff’s office on an arrest warrant. He was held in Lee County Jail.
12/11/24 – 4:30 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Crystal Ann Capps, 45, of Burlington, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on warrant for failure to appear. She was held in Lee County Jail.
12/12/24 – 3:54 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael Judson Kassmeyer, 48, of Donnellson at the intersection of Hwy 103 and Hwy 218, on a charge of OWI. He ws held in Lee County Jail.
