Fort Madison Police Report
03/26/25 – 5:59 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Clinton Allen Keenan Jr., 19, of Fort Madison, in the 1900 block of Avenue H, on a charge of driving under suspension.
03/26/25 – 11:30 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Robert James Young, 27, of Fort Madison in the 3500 block of Avenue Q, on a charge of driving under suspension.
03/26/25 – 7;23 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1900 block of 48th Street.

Keokuk Police Report
03/26/25 – 4:36 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident in the 700 block of N. 12^th Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Brian Christian Lentz, 38, of Keokuk, was pulling onto the 700 block of N. 12^th Street from a parking spot. A vehicle driven by Janice Lynn Filkins, 68, of Keokuk, was northbound on N. 12^th. Lentz allegedly pulled into the lane Filkins was occupying striking Filkins’ vehicle. No injuries were reported and Lentz was cited for failure to yield.
03/26/25 – 8:39 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Jaymes Daniel Eugene Cooper, 19, of Keokuk, in the 1400 block of Orleans Avenue on a charge of 3^rd-degree harassment.
03/27/25 – 12:22 a.m. – Keokuk police cited Bobbi Nicole Fisher, 45, of Keokuk, in the 300 block of S. 10^th Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
03/26/25 – 11:04 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Donald Ray Wall, 53, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff’s office on a temporary hold. He was held in Lee County Jail.
03/26/25 – 11:24 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jennie Marie Hamor, 44, of Ottumwa, at the sheriff’s office on a charge. He was held in Lee County Jail.
