Fort Madison Police Report
12/09/24 – 11:44 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 3000 block of Avenue H.
12/09/24 – 12:52 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism on Iris Lane.
12/09/24 – 2:26 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 300 block of Avenue D.
12/09/24 – 7:04 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 5100 block of Avenue O.
12/09/24 – 10:05 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Jamiah Marquis Williams, 20, of Keokuk, in the 3900 block of Bluff Road on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
12/10/24 – 12:20 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Erica Lea Hendrickson, 52, of Fort Madison, in the 2200 block of Avenue L, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was held in Lee County Jail.

Keokuk Police Report
12/07/24 – 12:24 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident in the 1300 block of High Street. According to a report a vehicle driven by Dawn Alexsia Campbell, 19, of Keokuk, struck a parked vehicle and fled the scene. Police located and spoke with Campbell on 12/09/24 where she admitted to striking the other vehicle and leaving the scene. Campbell was cited for striking an unattended vehicle and not leaving information. There were no injuries reported.
12/09/24 – 1:58 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 15-year-old male in the 2200 block of Middle Road on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released to a parent.
12/09/24 – 2:43 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 400 block of Belknap Place.

12/09/24 – 3:32 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 3500 block of Main Street.
12/09/24 – 7:30 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle at S. 7th Street and Hwy. 61.
12/09/24 – 7:51 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Georgia Rae Ann Cross, 20, of Warsaw, Ill., in the 100 block of 10th Street on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance. She was held in Lee County Jail.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
12/09/24 – 3:07 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Tyran Monroe Jarrell, 46, Keokuk, at the Lee County Sheriff’s office on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on bond.
Those listed above should be and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

12/09/24 – Fort Madison firefighters responded to six medical calls, one gas odor investigation, and one small fire creek.
