02/13/25 – 8:05 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 2000 block of Avenue B.
02/13/25 – 8:15 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Angel Lynn Redd, 50, of Fort Madison at the police department, on a charge of 3rd-degree theft. She was held in Lee County Jail.
02/13/25 – 8:15 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Tina Marie Redd, 53, of Fort Madison, at the police station on a charge of 3rd-degree theft. She was held in Lee County Jail.
02/13/25 – 11:41 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 500 block of Avenue F.
02/13/25 – 12:19 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Steven Charles Burgund, 56, of Fort Madison in the 2700 block of Avenue K, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a felon in control of a firearm.

2/14/25 – 12:04 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Dakota William Burgund, 34, of Fort Madison in the 800 block of Avenue G, on a warrant for pretrial release violation. He was held in Lee County Jail.

02/15/25 – 9:16 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 700 block of Avenue E.
02/16/25 – 10:39 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 2800 block of Avenue N.
02/16/25 – 12:14 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Kimberly Nicole Smith, 32, of Fort Madison, at the police department on charges of driving while barred and disorderly conduct. She was held in Lee County Jail.
02/16/24 – 4:47 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited David Castan, 43 of Fort Madison in the 1200 block of Fort Madison on a charge of assault.
02/16/24 – 11:34 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Erica Rae Kimble, 43, of Fort Madison, in the 1900 block of Avenue L, on charges of interference with official acts and trespassing. He was held in Lee County Jail.
02/17/25 – 1:43 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 700 block of 13^th Street.

Keokuk Police Report
02/13/25 – 2:15 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 3200 block of Middle Road.
02/14/25 – 1:05 a.m. – Keokuk police cited Amanda Jo Watson, 43, of Keokuk, in the 600 block of Johnson Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.
01/27/25 – 3:13 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Bel Air Street and Bel Air Court. According to the report a vehicle driven by Lucinda Ann Leffler, 43, of Keokuk, was backing out of a driveway and struck a vehicle parked behind her. Leffler was cited for unsafe backing. No injuries were reported.
02/13/25 – 5:05 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a two-vehicle accident at 11^th Street and Franklin. According to the report a vehicle driven by Miguel A. Sulbaran Perez, 26, of Keokuk, was east bound in the 1100 block of Franklin while a vehicle driven by Reagan Ann Haage, 18, of Keokuk was northbound in the 600 block of N. 11^th Street and the two collided in the uncontrolled intersection. Sulbaran Perez was cited for failure to yield. No injuries were reported.

02/14/25 – 2:54 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Charles Robert Thomas, 64, of Keokuk in the 1200 block of Bank Street, on warrants for drug trafficking and drug stamp violations. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
02/14/25 – 4:07 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1400 block of Johnson Street.

02/14/25 – 9:10 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 16-year old male in the 3200 block of Main Street, on a charge of driving under suspension. No disposition was provided.
02/14/25 – 11:19 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Richard Walter Lurvey, 52, of Fort Madison, in the 3200 block of Main Street on charges of interfering with official acts and driving under suspension. He was held in Lee County Jail.
02/14/25 – 11:27 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 300 N. Park Drive.
02/14/25 – 11:33 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Darrin Michael Fitzgerald, 23, of Keokuk, in the 300 block of Main Street, on a charge of trespassing.
02/15/25 – 1:45 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Franz Quinton Dunsworth, 38, of Keokuk in the 900 block of Main Street, on a charges of voluntary absence from custody. He was held in Lee County Jail.
02/15/25 – 3 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Jeremy James Davolt, 34, of Keokuk at 4^th Street and Fulton Street on a warrant for disorderly conduct. He was held in Lee County Jail.
02/15/25 – 6:01 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Jasen Scott Tripp, 49, of Keokuk, in the 1000 block of Exchange Street, on a charge of violating a no contact order. He was held in Lee County Jail.
02/15/25 – 3:35 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Stacey Lynn Thurman, 37, of Canton at Johnson Street Road and Kindustry Road on a warrant for failure to appear. She was held in Lee County Jail.

02/16/25 – 2:35 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Josey May Fink, 23, of Keokuk, in the 1500 block of Carroll Street, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was held in Lee County Jail.
02/16/25 – 7:02 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Amy Lynn Kelly, 45, of Keokuk, in the 1000 block of Exchange Street, on a charge of violating a no-contact order. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
02/16/25 – 9:55 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Stacy Lynn Thurman, 37, of Canton, Mo., in the 2100 Timea Street on a charge of providing a false ID. She was held in Lee County Jail.
02/16/25 – 10:09 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Anna Margaret Rowe, 18, of Keokuk, in the 700 block of Main Street, on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was held in Lee County Jail.
02/16/25 – 10:09 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 15-year-old male in the 700 block of Main Street on a charge of possession of alcohol under age. He was released to a parent.
02/17/25 – 9:10 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Lacie Lee Brenenstall, 21, of Keokuk, in the 200 block of Washington Street on warrants for failure to appear. She was held in Lee County Jail.

02/14/25 – 11:58 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Michelle Lea Graham, 39, of Hillsboro, in Van Buren County, on a judgment hold and a charge of voluntary absence of custody. She was taken to Lee County Jail and transferred to another county.
02/15/25 – 12:23 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Alexander Michael Schweitzer, 28, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff’s office, on a judgment hold. He was held in Lee County Jail.
02/15/25  - 11:18 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jaymes Anthony Stark, 37, of Keokuk, at the S. Lee County Courthouse on warrants for failure to appear and a pretrial release violation.
02/16/25 – 1:55 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Lisa Christine Fraise, 34, of Montrose on Elm Street in Montrose on charges of criminal mischief. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on a pre-trial release.
02/16/25 – 5:41 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Angela Leeann Hansen, 51, of Keokuk at the S. Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear. She was taken to Lee County Jail and released on bond.
