Fort Madison Police Report
06/02/25 – 7:57 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 5000 block of Avenue O.
06/02/25 – 12:22 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2000 block of Avenue B.
06/02/25 – 2:29 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Angel Lynn Redd, 50, of Fort. Madison in the 2500 block of Avenue I, on a warrant for probation violation. She was held in Lee County Jail.
06/02/25 – 6:27 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to an accident (no injury) in the 1400 block of Avenue H.
06/02/25 – 9:38 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited and released Kyler Jason Wenke, 20, of Argyle, in the 3400 block of Avenue L, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

05/30/25 – 8:39 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of an non-injury accident at Cramer Lane and Johnson Street.
05/30/25 – 9:25 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 2000 block of Main Street.
05/30/25 – 9:54 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Ethan Joseph Walte, 23, of Keokuk, in the 1500 Morgan Street, on warrants for violation of probation and voluntary absence from custody. He was held in Lee County Jail.
05/30/25 – 11:29 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a non-injury accident at Boulevard Road and Main Street.
05/30/25 – 2:29 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1500 block of Carroll Street.
05/30/25 – 7:20 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Myles Edward Scott, 19, Keokuk, in the 1500 block of Main Street, on a warrant for criminal mischief. He was held in Lee County Jail.
05/30/25 – 8:45 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1100 block of Exchange Street.
05/30/25 – 10:34 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 300 block of N. 11th Street.
05/30/25 – 10:47 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Jose Alejandro Bonilla, 30, of Keokuk, in the 700 block of Timea Street on a charge of driving under suspension.
05/31/25 – 12:22 a.m. – Keokuk police cited Kaleb Mark Hallford, 18, of Kahoka, in the 100 block of Water Street, on a charge of possession of alcohol under the legal age.
05/31/25 – 12:40 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1300 block of Morgan Street.
05/31/25 – 1:01 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 300 block of N. Park Drive.
05/31/25 – 7:10 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 14-year-old male on a charge of disorderly conduct in the 200 block of Main Street.
06/01/25 – 2:41 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 17-year-old male, in the 500 block of Concert Street in a charge of OWI. He was released to a parent.

06/02/25 – 1:38 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a non-injury accident in the 2100 block of Exchange Street.
06/01/25 – 9:29 a.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 800 block of Bank Street.
06/01/25 – 2:12 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 300 block of N. Park Drive.
06/02/25 – 3:06 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 16-year-old juvenile on charges of OWI and curfew violation. He was released to a parent.
06/02/25 – 5:30 a.m. – Keokuk police cited Alex Michael Morris, 35, of Hamilton, in the 100 block of S. 12th Street, on charges of OWI, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
06/02/25 – 9:53 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested John Mitchell Donahue, 49, of Keokuk, in the 2000 block of Main Street, on a charge of 3rd-degree theft. He was held in Lee County Jail.
06/02/25 – 2:48 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1500 block of Johnson Street.
06/02/25 – 4:08 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Grady Evan Fountain, 32, of Keokuk, in the 1500 block of Morgan Street, on a charge of violation of a no contact order.
06/02/25 – 4:16 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Bailee Mae Finch, 22, of Keokuk, in the 1500 block of Morgan Street, on a charge of violating a contact order. She was held in Lee County Jail.
06/02/25 – 5:20 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 15-year-old male in the 2000 block of Main Street, on a charge of 5th-degree theft. He was released to a parent.
06/02/25 – 5:20 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Shane Michael Baxter, 39, of Keokuk, in the 1000 block of High Street, on warrants for eluding and driving while barred, and and interference with official acts. He was held in Lee County Jail.
06/02/25 – 6:26 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 500 block of S. 5th Street.
06/02/25 – 11:16 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a gas odor in the 200 block of 8th Street.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
06/01/25 – 9:04 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident on U.S. 61 North. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Erik Millard Eldon, 20, of West Point, was traveling north in the 1800 block of Hwy. 61 and suffered a power-steering issue which caused the vehicle to enter the median causing damage to the vehicle. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.
06/02/25 – 4:42 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested David Hugh Richtman, 24, of Keokuk, at the S. Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on bond.
06/02/25 – 9:00 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Harley Ray Price, 31, of Keokuk, at the N. Lee County Courthouse on warrants for voluntary absence from custody.  He was taken to Lee County Jail.
06/02/25 – 11:04 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Alan Lee Vincent, 45, of Lomax, on U.S. 61 on a charge of driving while barred. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on a promise to appear.
Those listed above should be and are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
