03/03/25 – 8:51 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Scott Wesley Joseph Lynch, 45, of Fort Madison, at 28^th Street and Richards Drive on a charge of driving while barred.

Keokuk Police Report
03/03/25 – 10:31 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Kimberly A. Strickland, 61, of Loves Park, Ill., in the 100 block of S. 2^nd Street on a charge of OWI. He was held in Lee County Jail.
03/03/25 – 7:57 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Travis Gene Meyers, 49, of Keokuk, at Kilbourne Place and McKinley Ave., on a charge of driving under suspension.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
03/03/25 – 12:37 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Christina Ivian Dorsey, 39, of Keokuk, at the N. Lee Courthouse, on a warrant for driving while barred. She was taken to Lee County Jail and released on bond.
03/03/25 – 6:42 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested John Mark Henoch, 39, of Dallas City, at the S. Lee Courthouse on warrants for violation of probation and contempt of court. He was held in Lee County Jail.
03/03/25 – 10:54 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Joshua James Vollmer, 43, of Keokuk, at the S. Lee Courthouse, on a warrant violation of probation. He was held in Lee County Jail.
