Fort Madison Police Report
11/04/24 – 8:39 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2100 block of Avenue B.
11/04/24 – 12:01 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1500 block of Avenue C.
11/04/24 – 3:44 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Jay Glen Sanderson, 56, of Fort Madison, in the 4800 block of Avenue O, on a charge of sexual abuse – enticing a minor under the age of 16. He was held in Lee County Jail.
11/04/24 – 8:16 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2300 block of Avenue J.

Keokuk Police Report
11/01/24 – 3:14 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to two-vehicle accident in the 800 block of Johnson Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Bonnie Marie Pennington, 51, of Fort Madison was southbound on S. 8th Street and came to stop at the intersection with Johnson Street. A vehicle driven by Robin Marie Briscoe, 66 of Keokuk was westbound on Johnson Street. Pennington failed to see Briscoe and pulled from the stop sign into the intersection where the two collided. Pennington was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device. No injuries were reported.
11/04/24 – 3:08 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 15-year-old female juvenile in the 2200 block of Middle Road on a charge of possession of alcohol under the legal age. She was released to a parent.
11/04/24 – 4 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1200 block of Johnson Street.
11/04/24 – 4 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Laura Lee Rogers, 28, of Keokuk, in the 3100 block of Main Street on charges of 5th degree theft.
11/04/24 – 4:50 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 300 block of N. Park Drive.
11/05/24 – 1:14 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Joshua Alan Eaton, 47, of Keokuk, in the 10 block of S. 4th Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.
11/05/24 – 2:38 a.m. – Keokuk police cited Courtney Elaine Moore, 37, of Keokuk, in the 300 block of N. Park Drive, on a charge of trespassing.
11/05/24 – 2:43 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Carrie Nichole Morris, 36, of Fort Madison, in the 2000 block of Orleans Avenue, on a warrant for failure to appear and a charge of possession of marijuana. She was held in Lee County Jail.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
11/04/24 – 3;14 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Dylan Richard Meeker, 29, of Burlington, in the 42100 block of River Valley Road, on a charge of OWI and Failure to maintain control. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on his own recognizance.
11/04/24 – 7:05 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Ricardo Antonio Vidal, 39, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff’s office, on a charge of OWI and failure to maintain control. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on a promise to appear.
