Fort Madison Police Report
07/18/23 – 8:08 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Kelly Ann McIntyre, 55, of Fort Madison, in the 1500 block of Avenue H, on a warrant for voluntary absence from custody and a charge of driving while barred. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
07/19/23 – 12:13 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 500 block of Avenue F.

Lee County Sheriff Report
07/18/23 – 10:59 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Kimberly Jo Huss, 47, of Fort Madison, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on warrants for failure to appear/contempt of court and violation of parole. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
07/18/23 – 10:14 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Audrick Ray Haist, 24, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office, on charges of driving while license suspended, possession of a controlled substance - 1,2,3rd, possession of drug paraphernalia, and speeding. He was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on a promise to appear.

Those listed above are arrested on suspicion of a charge and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
