Fort Madison Police Report
03/25/25 – 10:26 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 800 block of Avenue G.
03/25/25 – 12:01 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Gavin Bowen Fletchall, 19, of Fort Madison, in the 2300 block of Avenue M, on a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held in Lee County Jail.
03/25/25 – 2:31 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Kimberly Anne Dumas, 56, of Fort Madison, in the 1700 block of Avenue H, on a charge of driving while barred.
03/25/25 – 5:10 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Thomas Jeremiah Raines, 48, of Fort Madison in the 1700 block of Avenue H, on a charge of driving while barred.
03/26/25 – 4:31 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary on Storms Court.

Keokuk Police Report
03/25/25 – 10:05 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a three-vehicle accident in the 100 block of Carbide Lane. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Mary Ann McCracken, 68, of Keokuk, was northbound on Carbide approaching the traffic signal at Main Street. Her foot allegedly slipped off the break causing her to collide with a vehicle driven by Joycelyn Haage, 75, of Keokuk. The force of the collision caused Haage to collide with a third vehicle driven by Terry Allen Massey, 62, of Hamilton. No injuries were reported. McCracken was cited for failure to stop in assured clear distance, no valid driver’s license, and failure to provide insurance.
03/25/25 – 3:18 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1200 block of Bank Street.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
03/25/25 – 7:38 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies cited Jesse Lee Genck, 42, of Donnellson, in the 3200 block of Belfast Road on a charge of public intoxication. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on a pre-trial release.
03/25/25 – 8:32 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Robert Roy Rainville, 29, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff’s office, on a charge of 2nd-degree harassment. He was held in Lee County Jail.
Those listed above should be and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
