Reader says gardeners can donate produce

Dear Editor;

On behalf of the Ft Madison Food Pantry I would  like to encourage area gardeners with excess garden produce to consider donating it to our
pantry shelves for the food insecure of our community. Nothing lights up faces of shoppers more than seeing something FRESH! We are
calling this campaign Share Your Bounty. Deliveries can be made to the Ft Madison Food Pantry Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9 am to noon and 1 pm to 3. Feel free to contact us with  questions at 319-372-8071.
