OFP offers scene samples today through Sunday

FORT MADISON - Old Fort Players at 725 Ave G will present “Scene Samples”, beginning tonight Friday Sept. 19 and Sat. Sept. 20 at 7:30 p.m. as well as Sunday Sept. 21 at 2 p.m. Doors open a half hour before curtain and cost is $5 per person. Reservations are not required.
Rehearsals have been underway with Kim Albers portraying Madam Deveraux, a not so gifted psychic medium. Joe Collier as Sarge, a Civil war officer, Ty Clute, a 1980s business owner, Dorothy Schulte, 1920s flapper and  Ripley Mena portrays a 2025 young adult in the comedy “Taken for Granite”, about the souls interred at Whispering Pines Cemetery, one of the six scenes presented this weekend.
