Police looking for help with Monday assault

FORT MADISON - On Monday, October 6, 2025, at approximately 12:45 p.m., officers with the Fort Madison Police Department responded to the 3600 block of Avenue L where a male subject had received multiple injuries during an assault.
The male was identified as Stanley Dumas, who was stable and transported to the hospital for treatment.
